[urq] not NLA parts

Hi guys,

a while back I manage to brake the height adjustment bar 855 941 145 A to my 
Valeo headlight on the MB.

I was 100% sure that the bar would be NLA,(or then you had to buy the whole 
headlight) but the guy said he would have it on monday and the price was EUR 
12,50... Not everything is NLA  :-)
