[urq] I saw an early '83 and it had a huge windshield washerfluid reservoir. Typical for VIN < 100?

The reservoir needs to be located down low to prevent the fluid being siphoned out ... I've always assumed they made it so large because they could ... it isn't nearly as cramped down there as it is high up in the engine compartment ...
