[urq] Front end clunk

I think they are talking about using a shim to take up "extra" room in the 
bearing width not dia.
The updated dia. does not have this problem.
While I see nothing wrong with the shims, there is a product that has worked 
for me in this very situation and  selecting thickness or availability is 
not a problem.  Locktite.
