I think the car could be marketed more effectively.
I am an amateur student of what does and does not work on the oft-fickle Audifans Marketplace, and I offer a few observations, which perhaps others can ad to or refute:
Closer photos of the bodywork (for better or worse), taking some detailed pics of the engine bay, and giving some more enticing details about the performance of the car as it sits might generate more interest. Seeing a 3B in that Type 85 engine compartment has HUGE drool value, and some info on the current engine management (modified Motronic ECU?) as well as estimated current horsepower (as it sits) are nice juicy tidbits which I was hoping to find out, at least as a browser.
Also, whether we like the "honesty" of it or not, it seems cleaning and detailing a car's engine bay to within an inch of its life gives a strong sense of mechanical soundness to potential buyers, especially on modified cars.
Lastly (and this may just be my slant), the extended discussion of the optional equipment for additional $$$ is a little confusing. It's clearly written, but a lot to digest and took another readings for me to confirm what the buyer -would- be getting for the asking price.
Like Steve said, I don't think getting $10-15K is impossible, given all the nice low-use mods, but playing up the good parts with more gloss would help toward that end, IMO.

>>The Kia range base prices go from $11- 28K. I've got well more than
28K "invested in" (spent on) my urq. But no, I certainly wouldn't
expect to get $28K for it. Of course it's not an "investment", no
mistake made there. But I'm also not going to let it go for $6400 no
matter what the current market offers.
