[urq] It starts!

My 034 conversion finally wired up and read to test, I'd been cranking
the car with no luck. Jeff Lewis sent me his map file, and I'd
grabbed one from another Urq owner off the 034 site, neither would
catch, though they sounded close.
Looking at the virtual dashboard in the 034 software when cranking, I
realized that the manifold pressure drops pretty sharply when
cranking. And that got me thinking about how a vaccum indexed FPR
doesn't just raise the pressure as the boost comes up, but will
actually be below baseline pressure when the engine isn't producing
much vaccum. And then I checked my FPR and realized I'd never hooked
the vaccum line up to the intake manifold. Which made sense because I
suspected I was injecting too much fuel to let it start.
Also tried holding the throttle plate part way open when cranking, car
fired right up. It wouldn't idle without me holding the pedal down
though, so I opened up the idle adjuster screw a bit and it will now
catch and start without any throttle manipulation.
Only one problem...when I turn the key to "off" and take it out of the
car, the engine keeps running. I used a black wire coming out of the
ignition switch to supply the positive side of my relay solenoid that
turns the ECU, coil and injector power on. It supplies 12v when the
ignition is on, and when starting (I'd tapped one that only supplied
12v when the ignition was on, not when cranking before). And when I
turn the car off, the 034 software says it's lost comms with the ECU.
But it still runs! Also, while the car is on, one of the three relays
under the drive-side dash clicks continuously. I didn't run it long
enough for the fan to come on, and I'm pretty sure the A/C switch is
off. Anyone have any idea why it would keep running like that? I've
been shutting it off by closing the idle adjustment off, haven't tried
pulling the ECU power yet.
All the same, I think a car that you can start but not turn off is
better than a car that won't start at all.
