I'm with you.  Checking spray patterns and flow rates is one of those basic K-Jetronic 
tests that one would think should get done early in the process.  I suppose it's tempting 
with an old car to assume that the basics are OK if it runs, and assume that more typical 
'maintenance' parts are the cause.  At least now you know you've got a thoroughly 
freshened fuel system!  Enjoy.

The problem was that they did not find the problem at first. They cleaned the whole 
injection system all the way from the fuel tank, changed all the
filters, plugs, plug leads etc.

The only thing I cannot understand is how it can take two months to find clogged 
injectors??
