Eric,
howdy, hope all is well.  Would it not be easier to get new sway bar 
bushings? Are they NLA? If that is my problem I should know soon.  It has 
bewen in the shop for 2 weeks with a very detail oriented wrench. I think 
you and I may have slightly different bars as mine is an 81? I thought they 
changed somehow a bit later? I'm sure I could come up with B4 parts for you 
if necessary
