[urq] Red 83 on eBay

IMU all US urq's came with pinstripes from the factory.  However, they  were 
tape, so a hairdryer and a couple hours, they can be made gone.  In  fact, I 
removed the painted pinstripes from my 87 tqavant as well.  A bit  more tricky, 
but it can be done.
