Hi Maurits
Had same problem with my ex Ur after changing seals and reflectors.
Although it was nicely cleaned, it continued to leak. It was cured by
warming up the lens and the gasket, and squeezing the clips in the vice
to make them grip more. On present Ur however, same procedure didn't
help, so polyurethane sealer was applied (that's what I had, but any
soft setting sealer would do), and that cured it. One of the fog lights
also had same problem, and that was cured with Hylomar and turning the
old gasket around. Unfortunately Hylomar comes only in blue, so it can't
be used on the main lenses.
Cheers,
Ado
