[urq] 84 urq on eBay

Close.  The '84 4000 was oold style (like the '83 Urq).  My '85 4kq  
had the dark brown pieces.  I'm not sure now whether my '84 dash is  
dark-brown or black.  I do know it is the '84-specific one with the  
middle dash horizontal indent and single non-partitioned passenger  
side dash tray.  And those '84 - specific switches, they're not even  
covered in ETKA.
