[urq] Cold start valve ?

The urq is *very* sensitive to battery voltage when cranking ... if you think the battery was low that may be all it was. The ECU is what fires the ignition coil based on inputs from the two flywheel sensors and the Hall Sender on the distributor.
I've always been of a mind that the CSV does more harm than good when starting ... especially when the "Hot Start Pulse Relay" starts clicking on and off. Of course, I've never had to start my car at -20C ... I'd bet the CSV is only helping there!
