[urq] HIDS

I have a set of HIDs in my '85 with Euro H1/H4s. They are
on the H4s and I love them. Given the price of higher 
wattage H4s and the HID kits are now ~$200 it is hard to 
justify the "standard" bulbs. 

Go for ~4000K and you get very nice white colour temperature.
