[urq] URQ Brake lights

Check if the base plate metal sheet track is not 'lifted' from the plastic
plate by heat over the years. You might need to re-secure it with a popnail
in order to it make contact again with the feed line. Hard to explain, but
just take the plate out and look very carefull, then you might see what I'm
talking about. BTDT.
