[urq] URQ Brake lights

Along the lines of Maurits' thinking, on mine, the flexy tabs that the
bases of the lights make contact with were intermittent in continuity to
the steel traces.  I drilled some small holes through the traces and tabs
and ran a small sheet metal screw through to each flexy tab base contact
thingy (technical term).  Much better lighting all around after that.
