[urq] Brake lights update

Dennis,
No, flash to pass should do nothing wrt brake circuit. The brake
lights should function at any time, though. Basically, I'm not sure
if the brake light switch is supposed to be positive or ground (I
believe positive). Basically, I would just make sure that the
circuit is fused and figure out the proper routing.
