This kind of thing is a classic symptom of weird voltage paths created by less than ideal 
ground connections (usually in the rear).  Maybe you've got a little of that beautiful new 
paint interferring with a ground somewhere?  Having it severe enough to blow the fuse is 
new to me, though.

My pass. side rear turn signal is not working properly. The taillight flashes as well as 
the yellow signal. Even the drivers side tail light will flash. Drivers side rear turn 
signal works fine.  Also, when I turn the lights on, the pass. side tail lights fry the 
fuse. Any clues?
