Original 20v Ur had 3.89:1
Only the 200q 20v and v8 had the torsen 016 with 4.11 gears

20 valve swap in a Ur-Q, I would go with a 20 valve motor and tranny + 4:11
rear from a 4000.I think that was the 91 Ur-Q setup!
