Andrew,
Is your car the car that was for sale off and on forever on autotrader.com a 
few, maybe 4 or 5 years back?  It looks exactly like one I saw a while back 
but was hesitant to even deal with because of the geographic location and 
rust.  I'm not afraid to go after cars in other areas of the country; my 
allroad came from KS and the S4 out of San Diego, but this one scared me a 
little...It was in Michigan back then.  Maybe it was sold and then re-sold 
to you?  I'm flirting with the idea anyway, although the rust still scares 
me a little.  What's it like under the fenders?  Any ideas?  I've seen pics 
of rotted wheel-well/firewall areas that scare the bejeezus out of me....not 
that they can't be fixed, but being in NC where rust isn't an issue, it 
still looks like a daunting and expensive situation.
I didn't see the car f/s in the audifans marketplace....was/is it listed 
there.
