[urq] Ignition switch?

Jim is right.

To remove the switch (electrical part only):-

Remove steering wheel
Remove dished washer & spring
Remove indicator / wiper stalks
Insert key in ignition to release steering lock
Remove large Allen head bolt on one side of the aluminium lock assembly
Slide the whole lock assembly off the column
Look in the back of the lock assembly - you'll see the white plastic 
electrical switch held by one small cross head screw.

You only need to do the drilling if you want to replace the lock barrel / 
steering lock.
