------------- Martin , thanks for the info ! It is a great help to know what fits the 'ol Urq. I am still using the stock hydraulic system. Are the 4000 and 5000 heads using solid lifters or hydraulics? Also , are they also using the Titanium Alloy guides? If not what would you use or where would you get new guides? By the way , do you mean Only the 4000 Q/Coupe--not any 4000 Quattro? ...Stephen '85Urq ==In the shop==

Stephen,
A regular 4000 quattro/Coupe head is a direct replacement.
So is any 5000 or 5000 turbo/quattro.
All you have to make sure is that you fit the sodium filled exhaust valves
to the 4000 quattro/Coupe heads and block off the vacuum pump opening.
Do you still have the original hydraulic brake assist or did you switch to
vacuum, in that case you could use the vacuum pump just as well.
Hope this helps.
