[urq] Front License Plate Holder?

I've got a couple, too.  One that defintely fits the NA urq bumper, but
it's got a corner cracked off (works fine, though).  I've got another on
the '86 CGT I picked up.  Not sure if it mounts up to the urq quite as
nicely, but I can check.  If anyone wants 'em, just shout.
