[urq] modded UrQ mileage

You may have something needing adjusting or it could just be that the engine
is a bit tight after rebuild. My motor is standard CIS and after a few
thousand miles after the rebuild it became noticably looser and mpg when up
a bit. I can't really comment on EFI other than, like you, I assumed more
accurate fueling would have resulted in more mpg.
