Although these are in-tank style, I'd pay particular attention to the flow
rates using larger line paragraph. My own thinking is that the high pressure
90 pump you are using should be able to flow the fuel you need, but that your
line size needs to be increased. My suggestion is to use -8 line or larger
pipe (3/8) for the feed side, and use the stock line as an extra return line.
I really think this will solve the problem.
Also, to double ck fueling needs, you can route the fuel return line into a
gas can and ck how much feed comes from the FPR to the gas can at WOT (er, no
smoking please!). Other options you can consider is to increase the pump
voltage beyond 12v, and make sure you are using a BEGI adj fuel pressure
regulator.
I'm of the opinion that you could very well be out of fuel, and that a
larger line to the 90 pump should solve the problem
