[urq] ETKA - for vacumm hoses - what do the REMARKs mean after the mm. value?

The first # is mm. ,  but what is the significants of
the number after the x?

I didn't realize how many types of vacumm hoses there
are - I guess I have to purchase several 5m rolls. 
I'm interested in understanding the REMARKs incase I
want to buy from FLAP.  Maybe someone sells a vacumm
hose assortment pack.
