[urq] Way to go Audi

Yeah some of us talked about this goofball ratings list on Friday at lunch -
it's something about "perceived brand value" - seems like some gobbly-gook
rating system thought up by some MBA with too much time on their hands IMO.

That's Odd that HONDA is highly rated, and Acura is right there on the worst
chart with Audi.   Yet, they are arguably the same cars.  Or at least the
same Development for Chassis and Engines goes into them.
