[urq] Bad ISV Causes Racing Idle?

HEllo Todd:

Could the 'closed throttle' switch be malfunctioning? (I'm not sure it if's a
normally open or closed switch). 

One never knows...  IT *is* mechanical, and it was supplied by Audi!
