[urq] Bad ISV Causes Racing Idle?

I'll try it and see but I seem to recall that when that died on me once time it was only a small difference at idle. I think its main purpose is to lean out the engine for fuel economy at idle or coasting down hill. Without it the engine runs a little richer.
Anyhow, I'll check it with the DVM tonight.
