Your Carbon hood is too light and would snap in half under the pressure!

Steve,

I’d
be
interested
in
knowing
about
this
as
I
have
a
CF
hood
I’d
like
to
do
this
on.

I
saw
that
Blau
had
a
conversion
kit
to
add
pressurized
struts
to
the
urq
hood
so
I
ordered
it
...
before
I
go
and
drill
the
4
holes
for
it
I
thought
I'd
see
if
any
others
here
have
used
this
kit,
or
is
it
better
to
get
the
factory
parts?
By
any
chance
does
anyone
know
if
the
gas
cylinders
Blau
uses
are
standard
cylinders?
I
don't
see
any
markings
on
them,
so
I
want
to
make
sure
that
they
are
readily
available.
From
what
I've
seen
of
Audi
hood
struts
they
don't
seem
to
use
the
ball
and
socket
joints
for
attaching.

Thanks!
