[urq] CQ suspension on URQ

Thanks. My dad's Urq should be fun with ~350HP in his 10vt (built).
My little toy is a 91 CQ with coil overs and a 4.2L (built, with 11.5:1 CR
and performance port work), a 6-speed TDI A6 gear box, and large 4-pot front
and rear brakes, hence my email address.
