[urq] Urq25 NA - deadline EXTENDED

Guys-
I made a mistake - our Committee figured we could extend the deadlines for
Registration based on nailing down some commitment dates with the hotel,
etc., and I missed it.
 
New deadlines:
Registration at $100 until 7/15.  
Late Registration at $125 from 7/16 - 7/25.

We're still working on trying to add cool stuff to the event - but even as
it is it is going to be very cool.  Stay tuned.

The Registration deadline for Urq25 is approaching.  We have deadlines for
