Jack,
Correct, if you stick with the urq trans, just hook up the speedo as
before.
The 200 diff uses a different housing, so you can't swap that in
directly.
Maybe you can swap the internals, but I haven't done that.
I have a diff out of a late 4kq.
I did however need the axle stubs out of the 200 diff as the urq axle
stubs don't fit into the 4kq diff.
Yes, you get a little better acceleration off the line,
but you don't loose it on the top end because 5 gear is a little taller
in the 200 trans.
You also get the torsen center diff.
After all the work I've done, I won't be driving mine in the snow, so I
don't need the locker.
