[urq] urq front mount intercooler

I thought someone sourced an intercooler from isuzu turbo diesel box truck, the smallest dually one or something, maybe that was what the german guy was using.

There's another way to do it without cutting any sheetmetal it involves  mounting a 5000 power-steering pump where the ac compressor was. Gives more room at the top for a 2 1/2 inch ic full width. Buuut i haven't tested it yet :) i've done the brackets and it lines up nicely tho.  Also i still need to find a ic with the right end tanks facing the rear at a not too insane price. All the ones i see face the sides.
