[urq] stumble at high boost/full throttle

also, stock ecu don't like to see PSI>14 it runs lean.  ecu does not support extra fuel.  let us now if the change of the wire or the new relay will work. I have heard that the wire some times have cut on fire.  So it would be good to add a relay right next to the battery to supply power to the fuel pump.
