[urq] 01E in an UrQ - How To

I'm looking for some BTDTs on installling an 01E transmission in an UrQ. I
assume custom shift linkage is in order. Does anyone have a preferred way of
doing this (modify the UrQ linkage or start with some other set of linkage)?
Do the UrQ front CVs bolt right up? I believe I have to shorten the drive
shaft..... does the UrQ drive shaft CV bolt right up to the 01E output
flange? And the big one....... do I need to modify the floor pan in any way?
