[urq] UrQ ref sensor

Hi Mike,

I can lend you one for testing, but since it came with the spare WX engine I
bought from Mike Hopton, I never actually tested it in a car. 

Mike/Martin P, did you ever fire that engine before selling it to me ?

Does any one on the northeast have a known good one that I could borrow to
trouble shoot my no start?  I tried to swap the bell housing unit for the
block unit and might have run into the same issues Louis-Alain did.  My
known good unit (bell housing) just freely rotates 1/8 turn in each
direction pull will not pull out of the housing even with lots of PB Blaster
(undoutedly now running into the sender and killing it!) and a pair of
pliers gently tugging on it.  block unit came out like proverbial butter.
