Ok then, so exhaust pressure is about the same as boost pressure ? I guess
so, since both are "linked" together via the turbo main shaft, more or less.
Otherwise, there must be another weaker/stronger spring in that WR/KH
wastegate. Anyone knows ?

Not on the typ 43 cars and Euro WR cars.
US WX and later KX and MC engines, yes, the intake pressure opens the WG.
I used a typ 43 manifold (uncrackable) on my MC and had to block the
exhaust port (right at the turbo mounting flange).
