That all depends on what you are looking for and how much you have to
spend. Also, it obviously depends on their rules. It would be a bummer
to build or buy a car then find out it's inelligable.
If you can build a duplicate of a race car, I always liked the UrQ,
200 Trans Am, and 90 IMSA. If you are looking to go on the cheap, a
Coupe or something of that era. Or somewhere in the middle is the NSU
TTS, or one of the older Auto Union cars. Also, a car like Martin's
4000 2-door Q, since that's the original Audi Rally Quattro. On the
extreme upper scale a former race car would be a lot of fun. Though,
you will have to be an exceptional driver to push a car like that.
