[urq] fuel pump delivery

I would find a known good used metering head first. Every time I have seen
someone try and rebuild the head; it doesn't come out quite right. Pull the
cold start valve and turn the engine over and make sure the valve closes
after an initial squirt if cold outside. If that is in order, pull the
injectors after you have run the car to see if they are dripping fuel. If
so; it is easier to replace $30 each than to try and clean. If that is OK;
then I would say that the rebuild on the distributor is your issue. Peter
