[urq] exhaust

Thanks for the compliment Martin.

I have countless hours into this exhaust system, 3 inch over the axle is
very difficult to get right IMO.

It was also very important to me that the system looks stock in appearance.

If customers wanted duel 2.75 inch tailpipes that could also be done for a
more aggressive look.

I have 5 jigs made up to ensure fit is consistent every time, it's really that tight
over the rear axle.

2 off these jigs are for final welding  to ensure the pipes don't move during the
welding process.

Mike, I don't know what muffler 034 is using. I'm using  the Magnaflow 3 inch in 2x 2.5 inch
outlets, and not to sound bias towards this system, but it really sounds nice. There is no
cat on my car, no converter, no center resonator and it sounds great with no
 annoying
drone at highway speeds.

Adding a converter would quieten it down even more, however when I drive my car
it makes me feel alive again.....the noise is brilliant. I'm not after a stock sounding
car. IMO it's too quiet, but that's just me.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Craig.

IMHO I would go with Craig's anyday over the 034 unit for a street car.
I am on the waiting list to get one of these systems ;)
