Hi Robert,
Well spotted. I basically copied a A2 rally car, I intend to install the control arm
tie rods similar to the rally car. At first I intended to build a A2 replica, if I ever need
to paint my car again I may end up going with the A2 body kit.
As for the exhaust.
I have 2 orders still to do, I'm trying my hardest to source some less expensive stainless
mandrel bent exhaust pieces. I have gone through a small revison in order to have less welds.
The exhaust prototype was tried on 3 cars. My car was the only one with aluminum subframe bushings, so there will be no problem with stock rubber bushings.
As for price I'm trying my hardest to keep it on the good side of $1000.00 I don't want
to say a final price just yet, however it will be a complete stainless steel system.
Some companies offer there products in 304 stainless, however in order to keep costs down my system will most likely be 409 stainless which is what I believe the factory used
on there systems.
My 4000 MC engined car running higher boost, the same exhaust system has been through seven Canadian winters with no problems.
I'll get back to you as soon as I have a final price.
Cheers,
Craig.

I am curious about the photo: http://www.motorgeek.com/phpBB2/files/muffler_178.jpg
it looks to me like this particular UrQ has extra boxed sections under the
body-shell as well as unique box-sections with control-arm brace-rod pivot
mounts just forward of the subframe. That is some pretty slick stuff, reminds
of the old Grp-A S2 I navigated in for Rally.
Does your 3” exhaust require the use of Alu subframe
bushings, or will new rubber/poly mounts provide the required distance between
subframe and body to clear the exhaust?
