[urq] heater core

Last time I looked, air pass through the heater core all the time, so the
valve must be perfectly tight to stop hot coolant flow.

Time for a new valve, I guess.

Guys-
If the temp slider is to no heat/full cold - should the heater core still
warm up?  Or does a warm heater core mean faulty heater valve?
