[urq] Pinstripes

I've just had my quattro resprayed (Same colour - Nile Green) and I want to replace the silver pinstripes around the body. Any one know of a source of these - preferably in the UK but not necessarily. When I did the car originally 8 years ago I left the stripes off and didn't really notice but this time I'd like to do it properly.
Also any advice on putting them on. Should I do it myself or trust it to a body shop? Are they easy to apply? Any tips for where they curve around the bumpers?
