Gurgling means air, eh?  I think air would reduce the efficiency of the
system.  It would be nice if the air bubble would find it's own way out, but
if not, you need to find a way to help get out.

Does the radiator have a bleed screw on top?  My 4kq radiator had one.  And
I think the Urq may be similar.

If there is no bleed screw then maybe there's another way, but I'm out of
ideas

I think air in the system may lead to accelerated corrosion of the radiator,
etc. in addition to reduced cooling/heater efficiency.
