[urq] Seat belt receiver noise

You mean like when you unclip and they wind up?  I had a super loud one -
very annoying - just replaced it.....

The seat belt receivers in my 83 URQ make so much noise I hate to  drive 
the car.  Anyone else have this problem and how did you fix it  ?
