David, that's what I'm trying to understand, if this rust was caused by
condensation inside the rockers then this dot is the tip of an iceburg
and my car although it looks good might be just as expensive to repair
as a car that has big holes in its rocker and looks like a junky project
car. The other side of the coin is how do you know that great looking
urq that is going for $15K isn't also hiding such a problem that is
evident in a car going for just $5K. If condensation is a
problem is also means that it's important to keep the car in a heated
garage. My car has been in a heated garage often since 2004, no idea before that.
