[urq] Sport quattro Recaros

There is someone that posts on VWVortex and ebay (current auction item
140390190646) that makes custom brackets to fit Recaros to MKII VWs,
especially Corrados since the factory brackets for those are much lower than
the standard MKII brackets and are basically unobtainium.

Since they're custom, I'm sure he could modify the design so you'd have the
right track width for the UrQ. Since they're designed to be as low as
possible, they'd be a good match for the Recaro C's.
