[urq] Rear spring rate recommendations?

So I finally got the UrQ back out to the track in Jan and got a chance to try out a bunch of the new mods.  The one thing I was not happy with was the rear suspension.  I put on a set of ground control coil-overs with 300lb springs all around.  I am pleased with this rate on the front, but it made the back end waaay to nervous.  It seemed very jarring & bouncy on the rougher parts of the track.  I am thinking about going to a 250lb on the back.  Any thoughts or experience with this?
