[urq] Rear spring rate recommendations?

Before you do that try ditching the rear bar. I ran 300/275 on my 4kq with Urq Suspension and rear bar and It was great. For the track I would have preferred more but I like a car that can rotate. That said, I have a friend that finally ditched bars altogether because he was getting faster track times that way. I always found my car was a little twitchy with the rear bar and much less so without it.

Just a thought.

Also, are all your Tie Rods and bushings in good shape back there? That would do it too.
