[urq] 034 MS firewall brace/bracket installation

I am having some fitment issues with the firewall bracket I got from 034 Motorsport.  I
am waiting to hear back from Javad at 034, but in the meantime trying to make it work.
Presently with brace bolted to the steering rack, the master cyl. End is not lineing up
with where the MS goes - about 1/4" too high and 1/4" too far to the center of the car.

I already had to machine some metal off  the part that slips around the cylinder which
was too large in diameter to slip over.

Any BTDT with installation?  Car is '83 Ur Quattro with Original Clutch Master AFAIK.
