July 2010 Classic Motorsports magazine has an article on insurance page 58. They mention 'agreed value' and not so useful 'stated value' but I didn't see 'declared value'

I used Hagerty for my former '85 urQ and also my current 'S2'. Both were "declared value" policies. I just needed to tell them the value and deductible I wanted for each and they gave a quote. I did need to submit a few pictures as part of the policy, but that was about it.
